CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On December 1, the Hechuan campus of Chongqing College of Mobile Communication buzzed with excitement as contestants showcased their talent in the National College Students' Beauty Invitational Tournament & the 2024 College Students' New Fashion Gala.

The competition brought together 16 college students from 13 universities across China and 30 makeup models to present a breathtaking showcase of China Chic (known as Guochao in Chinese) through facial art. Participants engaged in a "triple duel" of discovering beauty, creating beauty, and experiencing beauty, transforming the competition into an immersive exploration of how beauty, tradition, and modernity intersect. The integration of China Chic into makeup artistry not only added a layer of fun and engagement to the event but also amplified the significance of aesthetic education and its role in shaping cultural appreciation among young people.
