They have established over 800 two-way liaison officers to help deliver policies, offer advice, and solve problems for more than 1,000 foreign-hiring businesses and academic institutions, such as Changan Automobile, Seres Group, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Chongqing Medical University.
