CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On November 5, the installation of the tree-shaped columns on the east facade of the station building of Chongqingdong Railway Station was completed, and the "Towering Huangjue" design appears for the first time, marking that the station building project of Chongqingdong Railway Station has entered the interior decoration phase.

The Chongqingdong Railway Station and its supporting comprehensive transportation hub are located in the Chayuan area of Nan'an District, backed by Qiaoping Mountain. The hub covers a construction area of approximately 1.23 million square meters in total, with the station building and related works covering 120,000 square meters. The station features 15 platforms and 29 lines, serving as a pilot project for integrated station-city in building China into a country with great transport strength, and also the largest high-speed rail hub station in the western region of China and one of the four major passenger stations in Chongqing.
