Compared with the 2024 summer-fall flight schedule, China Express Airlines will introduce 13 new routes to and from Chongqing, including Chongqing ⇋ Ordos ⇋ Arxan, Chongqing ⇋ Xining ⇋ Aksu, Chongqing ⇋ Luoyang ⇋ Chifeng, Chongqing ⇋ Zunyi Maotai ⇋ Meizhou, Chongqing ⇋ Wuhu ⇋ Quanzhou, Chongqing ⇋ Lvliang ⇋ Shenyang, Chongqing ⇋ Jingzhou ⇋ Taizhou, Chongqing ⇋ Dongying ⇋ Tianjin, Chongqing ⇋ Zhaotong ⇋ Wenshan, Chongqing ⇋ Handan ⇋ Yantai, Chongqing ⇋ Jining ⇋ Changchun, Chongqing ⇋ Yan’an ⇋ Zhengzhou, and Tianjin ⇋ Linfen ⇋ Chongqing. It will also increase the frequency of routes such as Chongqing ⇋ Ordos ⇋ Xilinhot, Chongqing ⇋ Jiayuguan, Chongqing ⇋ Beihai, and Chongqing ⇋ Xuzhou.

Located in the northeastern part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and spanning the southwestern foothills of the Greater Khingan, at the junction of Hulun Buir Grassland, Horqin Grassland, Xilingol Grassland, and Mongolian Grassland, where is a transitional zone between forests and grasslands, Arxan boasts rich tourism resources with a well-integrated array of resources, including one 5A-level tourist attraction, one world geological park, two national forest parks, three national wetland conservation areas, and one national key scenic spot.
