CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On October 13, the third National Daba Mountain Cycling Climbing Challenge kicked off in Heyu Township, Chengkou County.

It started from Heyu Community in Heyu Township and finished at Qingshaoping, covering a total distance of 26km. The highest point of the climbing reached an elevation of 2,469m, with a total elevation of 1,489m and an average gradient of 5.7%. It featured several categories: Men’s Road Elite Group, Men’s Mountain Youth Group, Men’s Mountain Middle-aged Group, and Women’s Group, attracting more than 400 cyclists, including 10 international participants.
