CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The press conference of AITO · 2024 Chongqing Liangjiang Longshengxincheng Rock Half Marathon was held at the VVIP Hall on the second floor of Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium.

The Marathon is currently under orderly preparation and will start at 17:00 on October 19, 2024 (Saturday) at Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium.

The Marathon is set up with two categories, including the half marathon of 21.0975KM (5000 persons) and joy run 5KM (5000 persons). There will be 10,000 runners leaping in rock music, igniting the sports passion of Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium and leading the audience to feel the unique charm of the smart mountain city.

It is understood that it will be the integration of rock music, fluorescent night running, trendy sports, and fireworks bazaar all in one, and create the most innovative marathon trend in the form of “fluorescent night running + rock marathon”. The track starts from Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium, and connects Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone, Mingyue Lake and Liangjiang International Movie City so that the runners can travel through the history and modernity of two rivers, experience the pulse and breath of the city, and fully feel the unique urban culture, ecological and humanistic landscape, and the vitality of innovation and development.

The medals for the overall finishers are the shape of a music record to record the exclusive rock memory of this 21.0975km long marathon, removable and rotatable, and can be added with magnet as a refrigerator sticker in the shape of a tire, which is interesting, unique and collectible; on the back of the medal, there are engraved with the event logo, name, the number of kilometers of finishers as well as the iconic buildings of Liangjiang New Area, namely Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium and Innovation and Collaboration Bridge, showing the spirit of fighting and working hard, and expressing the wish for the economic take-off of Liangjiang New Area.

The color of the clothing is light purple, soft and elegant, and embellished with electric guitar patterns, showing the rock culture of the Marathon.
